I joined BeMORE Boot Camp as my New Year’s resolution. I have lost 15 pounds and 16 inches throughout my body. With the combination of boot camp workouts and eating clean, I continue to burn fat and build lean muscle. I ran a 5K with my dad and I felt stronger and faster than ever before. The motivation and support I receive from my BeMORE Boot Camp ommunity keeps me coming back for more each week and pushes me to reach new goals. I have gained self-esteem and self-respect and will continue to bring out my inner warrior to live a strong and healthy lifestyle.
When I joined BeMORE Boot Camp, I was at my heaviest weight and led a fairly unhealthy lifestyle. I was 155 pounds, and a size 8. The BeMORE Boot Camp program has completely caused me to undergo a lifestyle change. I no longer look at working out as a chore. Fitness has become a regular part of my day and my lifestyle! With motivation and support from BeMORE Boot Camp and the entire Camp family, I was able to lose 20 pounds of “fat” and get down to a size 2. I joined BeMOREBoot Camp about 6 months ago, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I had been stuck in a rut for a long time.
My idea of boot camp was running for miles and miles while someone yelled at me. BeMORE BC could not be more different. Boot Camp is encouraging and supportive both in and outside of class and the sense of community among the other BeMORE Boot Camp community has been awesome!!! In 6 months, I have lost a whopping 55 lbs (more fat because I’m def gaining muscle!)

My BeMORE Boot Camp journey began in May 2015 I attended my first BeMORE class. I found myself struggling to finish each station during class, I knew that I was going to be challenged and in a good way. I was instantly hooked. And importantly, since January 2016, I’ve shed 15 lbs of fat and gained healthy muscle. I’ve also developed abs!
BeMORE Boot Camp has afforded me the tools to do exactly that; and for that, I am grateful. I am proud to call myself a Boot Camp Warrior and am loving every minute of my journey!
In January of 2015, I found BeMORE Boot Camp and I am so thankful I did. After fifteen months of Bootcamp, I’ve transformed my entire body, kept the weight off, gained 10 pounds of muscle, increased my speed and endurance and am in the best shape of my life. The constant mix of exercises from sprinting to burpees, toe touches to bear crawls keeps me excited and looking forward to Bootcamp each and every day.
Thank you to my fellow Warriors for continuing to provide motivation each and every session and to Casey for his relenting encouragement and guidance – I couldn’t have done it without BeMORE Baltimore Bootcamp!
I started BeMORE Boot Camp to help kick my butt into gear and bust through that plateau, and man did it ever! I started going 3x a week on strength days, slightly terrified of the idea of a Conditioning days but after about a month I decided to push myself to go 4x week and now finally (6 months later) work to go 5x a week. I can see my body changing and I feel stronger with my sprints, burpees and even the fun bear crawls are getting easier.
The team environment and unwavering support system that BeMORE Boot Camp has provided makes me work harder and push myself every workout.
I wish I had started BeMORE Boot Camp earlier but am so glad I found it when I did. BeMORE Boot Camp is definitely the best program I have ever worked with and I would not be as successful and far along with my weight loss and fitness journey as I am if it were not for them!
My first few sessions, I was sweaty and out of breathe after the warm up, but I loved it! Reminded me of TEAM sports practices! When I finally made a plan of action in January, I made a commitment to come at least 3 days a week and follow a healthy diet and meal plan….and 3 days has turned into 5 sessions a week whenever I can, morning or night. The team atmosphere is incredible and I now feel obliged to encourage new comers. The emails and texts I receive feel like they are aimed directly at me!
The accountability is awesome!
I now have plenty of energy to run around with my daughter and will need it to keep up with my son as well!
I have lost 40 lbs since January 4, but an even bigger thrill is noticing how many push-ups, knee grab sit-ups or holding a plank for a minute i can with stand ! Neighbors, coworkers and family members have all taken notice! I can honestly say, this transformation wouldn’t have occurred without TFW Baltimore Boot Camp!

I have always been active but I’ve struggled to loose weight or be a consistent size 10 for a good 5 years.
Our bodies are different, some see results right away. It took me a whole year to where I am today. Don’t give up, stay consistent, hard work pays off. One year after starting at TFW, I’m 20 lbs lighter (136 lbs) and I’m down to a size 4 from a size 12 and 156 lbs and off many medications and in the best shape of my life! BeMORE Boot Camp has given me the tools I have been looking for. The only downside to this healthy lifestyle, is that I need a completely new wardrobe!
When I started TFW boot camp I was hooked from day 1! I went from exercising rarely to going 3-4 times a week. I was so motivated by the people I met, the engaging workouts, the different exercises and the team mentality of this gym. When I began, I could barely even do one push-up and would fall behind, needing many breaks during the stations, and now I feel like I can keep up with any workout I face.
I have noticed many changes with my body since beginning TFW. Ive lost 25 lbs of fat, my clothes fit better, my confidence has improved and my energy level has increased drastically.
I love the sense of community and accountability that surrounds the people from TFW boot camp and I feel very lucky to have found a place where I can finally feel comfortable in my own skin and progress towards a better self!
Right from the very first class I was hooked! BeMORE Boot Camp keeps the training sessions interesting and always challenging. 5 months later, keeping a regular schedule of 4 times per week, I’ve dropped 25 lbs, a couple of dress sizes, gained tons of energy, increased strength, confidence and a community that is supportive and fun. Joint and leg pains have also gone away. Pushups don’t scare me anymore. Sprints? Bring them on!
A little over a year later I am in the best shape of my life! A whopping 15 pounds of fat lost, 10 lbs of added muscle, I am “2” pants sizes down, and half of my wardrobe is too big. I am faster, stronger, more awake, energized, and ready for what the day has to bring. My confidence is through the roof. The mental fortitude that I have acquired at BeMORE Boot Camp has been something I have applied to all other areas of my life.My 5:45am crew has become a great community of support and friendship. BeMORE Boot Camp has brought me along with wisdom, encouragement, and the challenge to push harder. My only regret is that I didn’t find BeMORE Boot Camp sooner.
